The “Willa Kashmir” guesthouse is located in one of the most impressive buildings in Mielno, on the main pedestrian street. The half-timbered building with elements of Art Nouveau decorations visible on the facade was erected at the beginning of the 20th century. A general renovation gave this unique facility a completely new quality. The interior has been adapted to the latest hotel standards, while maintaining the old character of the place. Each room has a bathroom, and some rooms have kitchenettes. The building has been adapted to the needs of disabled people and equipped with air conditioning. Before the renovation, there was a room in the basement that used to be a sauna – now we have turned part of the basement into a mini Spa & wellness, where you can enjoy a massage and a sauna.

The interior design is a combination of classic style with colonial, industrial and modern design elements. The love of the Owner’s oriental travels resulted in the use of original decorative mosaics brought from India. Board and batten wall decorations are the leitmotif – giving the interior a classic form, while windmills, old maps, plant and animal decorations evoke distant journeys. The rooms have been differently colored so that by inviting you again to take advantage of our hospitality, we can offer you a new aesthetic experience each time. The author of the interior design is Patrycja Piróg, the founder of the Space Between Design Studio, whose goal is to create spaces where the aesthetics of the form harmonizes with functionality, and the tradition of old styles can combine with modern design and the latest trends.
